Fitness Kickboxing Circuit is our “music-up, team-energy” class that delivers a full-body workout without the fight-gym vibe. You’ll rotate through stations that blend kickboxing bag work with simple strength and conditioning moves (think kettlebells, medicine balls, core work, and bodyweight exercises). Everything is coach-led and easy to follow, so beginners can jump in confidently while experienced members can turn up the intensity. Expect sweat, smiles, and that “I did something awesome today” feeling—every class.
