If you want a workout that’s fun, challenging, and actually teaches you how to strike, you’ll love Adult Kickboxing at AKS Affinity. Classes mix proper punching and kicking mechanics, footwork, and conditioning in a supportive environment that feels more like a team than a “fight gym.” You’ll get coached at your level, build stamina fast, and leave class feeling stronger and more confident.


And here’s the best part: sparring is never required. Want to keep it on bags and pads? Great. Want to do light partner drills for timing and defense? Also great. You choose your pace, and we’ll help you progress.
