Experience the exhilarating art of Kickboxing at A.K.S Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Kickboxing in Rohnert Park, CA. Our Kickboxing program offers dynamic workouts that blend striking techniques with cardio conditioning while also training how to punch, kick and defend properly. These classes offer a high-energy training environment suitable for all fitness levels.
(Sparring is not required! Get your rounds in on a bag or with a partner!)
