MMA Beginner is the perfect next step if you want to learn how striking and grappling fit together—without jumping into a hardcore fight-gym environment. You’ll learn the foundations of MMA in a structured, coach-led format: simple combinations, footwork, basic takedown entries, and positional control, all taught with safety and confidence-building in mind. Because we’re primarily a Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing gym, this class is designed as an intro—a way to explore MMA fundamentals, sharpen your skills, and have fun doing it, with training partners who keep the vibe friendly and respectful.
