Our Kids Kickboxing program is a fun, structured way for kids to build fitness and confidence while learning real kickboxing fundamentals. Classes focus on age-appropriate technique—stance, movement, punches, kicks, and basic defense—paired with games and drills that improve coordination, balance, and self-control. The vibe stays positive and encouraging, so kids can work hard, make friends, and feel proud of their progress—without any “fight gym” intensity.
Our Age Groups:
Ages 5–7
- Learn the basics through fun drills and games that build coordination, confidence, and new friendships—while learning to keep trying.
Ages 8–10
- Develop stronger fundamentals and focus, with an emphasis on self-respect, discipline, and pushing through challenges.
Ages 11–14
- More detail, higher expectations, and skills that feel “grown up.” We build confidence and self-defense awareness while reinforcing strong character and leadership.
Technique + Fitness: Real kickboxing basics with conditioning that’s kid-friendly.
Structured & Safe: Clear class format with coaches who keep things controlled.
Confidence Builder: Skills that help kids feel capable and calm under pressure.
